Hey there!

I would like to share with you my story and where everything began.

As an 18 years old guy who left his parents home and moved to students apartments at Tel Aviv University to start my studies on Mechanical Engineering, I realized that there is no mom that will carry about me and cook for me and I need to carry about myself.

It all started with making some basic dishes like "pasta with tomato souse" that was very easy and fast to make. Every day I ate the same, day after day, until I understand that I can't continue this way and I need to make something else. I asked my mom for some recipes, and looked in a variety food blogs to get inspiration and easy "step-by-step" recipes. At first it wasn't so good, and I burned some pans, but I didn't gave up until it worked.

As the time passed, I understood that cooking is my new hobby and I like it very much. It continued with making some home made pasta and ravioli, making some pies and cakes like - lemon pie and three layered chocolate mouse cake.

One more hobby that I struggled to myself is traveling and exploring the world, I travelled a lot and got a lot of experiences form different cities and countries around to world. So I decided to combine those two hobbies and every time I go to a vacation, I must have some culinary experience in the destination I travel to.

After a while, I realized that mechanical engineering is not really for me, I took a brake and decided to take my hobby one step forward and make a business from it. I established my own food and travel blog named- M.Y_taste.

As a food travel blogger, I have a passion for exploring new cultures through their cuisine. I enjoy the diversity of flavors and the different cooking techniques used around the world. My love for food has taken me to many different countries, where I have had the opportunity to taste some of the most unique and delicious dishes. Through my blog, I hope to share my experiences with my readers and inspire them to discover new culinary delights. Whether it's a street food stall or a fine dining restaurant, I believe that every meal has a story to tell, and I can't wait to share these stories with you.
